Classics: Fran Tarkenton (3,000 @ $12.50)

Ho hum! Another week of Classics. Anyone else bored stiff with these? Even with the greatness Tarkenton showed in his 18 seasons it really fails to excite me to pay $12.50 and end up with a card worth $7. The only reason to buy this card at IPO is to avoid missing yet another Classic short print although I highly doubt that he will replace Deacon as the shortest print. Pick him up on eBay.

Classics: Kellen Winslow (3,000 @ $12.50)

Arguably one of the top 5 tight ends of all-time, Winslow made 5 Pro Bowl appearances and brought excitement to any Chargers game he played in. Can he bring the same type of excitement to eTopps Classic football? I doubt it. Right now they would have to print 100 Roger Rabbit cards with him dressed in Dick Butkus's uniform to excite me.
