Gale Sayers (1,000 @ $12.50)Gale Sayers 2003 eTopps

This former Kansas Jayhawk (1961-1965) was a two-time All-American who went on to fame in the NFL with the Chicago Bears. He was one of the fleetest on foot during his time in the NFL from 1965-1971. Although his career was short he was a constant highlight film and it was noted by Coach Halas that this kid would one day be in the Hall of Fame. Sure enough he was the youngest player elected into the Hall of Fame, in 1977. Though knee injuries hampered him, he was still a very productive back. He was a member of the 75th Anniversary team and first team for the first 50 years of the NFL. He holds many records including six rushing touchdowns in one game. The three-time Pro Bowl MVP deserves a place in your collection. As with most offensive players this card is sure to do well, especially with the low PR. BUY THIS CARD.

Jack Lambert (1,000 @ $12.50)Jack Lambert 2003 eTopps

This six-time All-Pro and nine-time Pro Bowler was a cornerstone for the Steelers during their Steel Curtain defensive days. He helped lead the Steelers to four NFL championships along the way. This Hall of Fame LB was one of a kind. He changed the way middle linebackers played the game. He was a bigger and meaner LB than the NFL had ever seen. The problem with this card is not what he did or how great he was; it is that defensive players do not fare as well in the eTopps world because we are so statistically driven nowadays. So you might be better off waiting for this card on the secondary market. DON'T BUY THIS CARD.
